The young entrepreneurs wanted to provide an inviting raw industrial space to the customers of their new donut and coffee business. After looking at multiple spaces they focused on adapting a bare-bones unit located at street level. The space is transformed with a minimal palette and strong branding into a welcoming cafe for festival, event visitors, and the local Exchange District community to stop by.
